Welcome to San Diego

Renowned for temperatures that average about 70 degrees year-round, eclectic neighborhoods, and vibrant culture, America’s Finest City is the ideal place to call home.

Victorian architecture was the oldest type of design used and the gold standard for San Diego back when homes were erected between the 1860s and early 1900s.

There is easy access to the many freeways such as the I-5, SR-94, and I-405. This affords direct routes and connections to Orange County, Palm Springs, Temecula, or Los Angeles.

Little Italy | Downtown | Harbor

Seaport village

Boasts 17 eateries, 4 waterfront eateries, and 50 retail shops. There are festivals throughout the year featuring street performers, parades, and sponsored events. There is an abundance of parks to fly a kite or enjoy the salty air. This area is mainly commercial with the nearest residential homes being apartments and condominiums.

Another great dining option is Ironside Fish and Oyster Bar. Established in 2014 Ironside opened in a 1920’s-era warehouse, that was occupied by a former wrought-iron gate-maker with the same name. This joint is known for a hip, vibrant, and fun atmosphere on India Street in the heart of Little Italy. It is a highly-trafficked, Urban area with mixed-use buildings, and single-family bungalow-style historic properties.

If you’d like to slow things down then swing by The Fish Market. They offer al fresco dining, fresh grilled fish and seafood, and only .01 miles from the USS Midway Museum. The marina district is peaceful with high-end condos and townhouses. Highland Harbor Park offers sprawling space to stroll, bike, run, or relax and enjoy the views from one of many benches along the waterway.
